The Hotel Colon Plaza offered impeccable service and an impressive location. I adored my balcony view overlooking the park, making each morning feel special. The breakfast options were diverse, with plenty of fresh fruit and accommodating staff who expertly tailored meals to my dietary preferences.

The lack of in-room coffee-making facilities was a letdown, as I personally enjoy starting my day with a hot drink. the room temperature was warm and the thermostat was a bit tricky to manage.
